David L. Rudolph - Partner

David Rudolph has a unique real estate practice as he is an active trial lawyer that also has an extensive real estate transactional practice. David has successfully litigated a wide array of real estate disputes on behalf of condominium associations, owners, developers and contractors. Throughout his career, he has first chaired numerous jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations in Illinois.

David regularly draws on his courtroom experience when counseling his real estate transactional clients with an eye towards minimizing potential risks and preventing future litigation. He assists clients when buying and selling all types of properties; from single family homes to multi-unit apartment buildings. He also represents developers in the condominium development process and sale of individual units.

A main focus of David's practice is representing condominium associations, and he is a frequent lecturer on condominium law topics for attorneys, property managers and association boards. His condominium law practice includes all aspects of governance and litigation, covenant enforcement, drafting declaration amendments, assessment collection, injunctions and other disputes with developers and owners.

David graduated cum laude from Boston University in 1992, and received his law degree in 1995 from the Ohio State University where he was on the National Moot Court Team and Herman Moot Court Finalist.

David lives in Evanston, Illinois, with his wife and three daughters.  He enjoys running, new music and is an avid movie buff.
