Rudolph Kaplan is pleased to announce that Benjamin Altshul has recently joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Although newly licensed as an attorney, Benjamin has been a law clerk with the firm since 2011. Benjamin has worked closely with both David and Seth on several commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions and advising both condominium associations and unit owners regarding assessment collection and enforcement of covenants in governing documents.
