Rachel Schwarz - Associate

Rachel joined Rudolph Kaplan in 2016. Her practice focuses on real estate law. She represents buyers and sellers in protecting their rights and interests with their purchase or sale of property. Whether handling a residential or commercial transaction, she works with all necessary parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked as a broker in both commercial real estate and as part of a residential real estate team, giving her a unique perspective in negotiating real estate deals with Rudolph Kaplan.

Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Communications and a focus on Philosophy. In 2014, Rachel graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Virginia. During law school, she gained experience in both the public and private sectors, including the Cook County Public Defender's Office, Rosetta Stone, Inc., and the Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation. She focused on both litigation and transactional matters to better position herself to serve her clients fully.

A transplant from Texas, Rachel is an avid Dallas sports fan and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and discovering new music and podcasts.
